Founded in January 2021, OceansandBeaches.org promotes healthy and diverse ocean ecosystems. We do not support practices that threaten ocean life and human life. Through research, education, and science-based advocacy, OceansandBraches.org informs, inspires, and empowers all to speak and act to protect the oceans and encourage practices that preserve clean beaches.

Our strategic priorities reflect the critical ocean conservation issues that are the main focus of our efforts, including restoring clean beaches, protecting wildlife from human impacts and reforming government for better ocean stewardship.
